The ACP Program boasts that only the best Electrical/HVAC contractors are current members – only those Electrical/HVAC contractors who do consistent, code-compliant work, are allowed on and allowed to remain on, the Program. The Authorized Contractor Program is a partnership agreement between ESA and its Electrical Contractors/HVAC installers – both working together to ensure electrical public safety. It’s important to understand that being a member of ACP is a privilege, not a right.
