Responding to Contractor Needs

The Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) is responsible for enforcing a level of public electrical safety across Ontario. Electrical contractors and electricians are key stakeholders in meeting this objective.

Fiscal 2012 Summary Report for the Electrical Contractor Community

ESA strongly encourages Ontarians to contact licensed electrical contractors when planning electrical work, and ensure that the Electrical Safety Authority has inspected all work. ESA regularly solicits feedback from contractors to allow us to offer services that better meet safety delivery requirements.
