Group Registration Fees

  • Half-day (Classroom) course - up to 25 participants: $3,450.00* + applicable taxes.
  • Half-day (Virtual Instructor-led) course - up to 20 participants: $4,600.00* + applicable taxes.

Terms and Conditions 

General

Payment Guidelines

Public training fees are due and payable prior to reserving a seat for an in-person or virtual course, or gaining access to an online course.

Private (CSS) and Business-to-Business training fees are due 30 days from invoicing. If you are using on-line or telephone banking, please use your Invoice Number as your account number.

Credit Cards

If the original fee is paid with a credit card, the applicant is deemed to agree with any applicable additional fees also being charged to the credit card. 

Late Payment

Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge.                                             

Refunds: Cancellations and Requests to Reschedule

Training registration cancellation requests will be subject to a refund processing fee of $29+ applicable taxes.

Access and Privacy

By registering for training and submitting personal information to the ESA, or its agents and service providers, you agree that ESA may collect, use and disclose such personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, applicable laws or pursuant to our administrative agreement with the Province of Ontario. If you provide us with the personal information on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have all necessary authority and/or have obtained all necessary consents from such individual to enable us to collect, use and disclose such personal information for the purposes set forth in our Customer Privacy Policy. Except as permitted by the Access and Privacy Code, our Customer Privacy Policy or by law, ESA will not release an individual’s personal information to a third party without their written consent.
