Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) follows a Procurement Policy to ensure ESA receives the best value for the goods and services required for its operations and that these goods and services are purchased through open, fair, transparent, accessible, clear, and consistent procurement practices. 

This policy and its associated policies and procedures, including but not limited to, the Operational Policies and Procedures on procurement and business expenses, are mandatory and apply in their entirety to all ESA employees, and anyone with the authority to act on behalf of ESA.
