ESA Employee Policies
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct provides a framework within which all of the Electrical Safety Authority's (ESA's) day-to-day activity takes place. It is driven by ESA's Mandate, as well as its Values; it also supports and complements ESA's procedures and the various laws that apply to its operations. Finally, the Code of Conduct provides ESA's Board of Directors and stakeholders with a concrete statement of standards of conduct against which its actions can be measured.
Procurement Policy, Procurement Procedure, Business Expenses Procedure, Travel, Meals, Hospitality and Related Business Expenses Guideline
Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) follows a Procurement Policy to ensure ESA receives the best value for the goods and services required for its operations and that these goods and services are purchased through open, fair, transparent, accessible, clear, and consistent procurement practices.
This policy and its associated policies and procedures, including but not limited to, the Operational Policies and Procedures on procurement and business expenses, are mandatory and apply in their entirety to all ESA employees, and anyone with the authority to act on behalf of ESA.
